meeting half way on pricing was what i was doing when i said a straight up trade... your original offer was the bike and $100 plus you would drive here to make the exchange.fork is not $400 to replace..going price on an argyle is between $250 and $300. ill meet half way and straight up swap.. its no worries either way I can just part the bike out but as i stated before this would be a nice exchange in his favor and this bike is mint ensuring he would be happy with it..
